From Cortland and North: Take 81 South to exit 12, toward route 281. At the light turn left onto RT 281 and continue to follow for 3.8 miles. Stay straight as RT 281 becomes NY-13 for 7.5 miles. Turn right onto E. Main street when at the four corners of Dryden. The Dryden Hotel will be ahead on the right.
From Lansing, Ithaca and West: Follow NY-13 North to Dryden. Upon entering into Dryden, NY-13 will become E. Main St. The Dryden Hotel is on the left of E. Main just before the four corners and traffic light.
From Binghamton and South: Take 81 North to exit 9 toward Marathon. Turn left onto NY-221 / E. Main Street. Turn right at light onto US-11 / Cortland St. and follow for 4 miles. Turn left onto NY-392 and follow for 7 miles. Upon entering four corners of Virgil, turn left and continue to follow NY-392 for 5.5 miles to the four corners of Dryden and traffic light. The Dryden Hotel will be ahead on the right.
